The Foam Roller is a helpful tool for soft tissue massage to iron out knotted muscles. It's also useful for deeper fascia release techniques that address long held posture issues, scar tissue and adhesions.
In this short class, practice a short sequence for upper body tension that will leave you feeling taller, breathing deeper and refreshed. Wear comfy, loose clothing for floor work. Props needed are foam roller, and blanket or towel.
