Great information. Great idea for people wanting to make the switch from processed to more natural/real food cooking/eating. Love the apron!

It works!. I've made white sauce before, but this was the closest consistancy and taste to a canned condensed soup and it tasted even better. Very helpful.

Cooking Class. I enjoyed the class even though the information was already familiar to me. The audio & video weren't exactly in sync during most of the session, but overall it was a good class. Oh, and it would've been nice to be able to see the food itself as Katie was making it.

Excellent Class. I really enjoyed the class. It was very informative. I am learning to make all my meals from scratch and avoid processed food. The only thing I would have liked was to have the list of ingredients written somewhere. It was hard to catch the amounts of everything, especially spices while watching the class.

Thoroughly Enjoyed. Live cooking, with helpful hints and especially appreciated how she opened up for questions and addressed all. Great "real" cooking, real life situations and helpful substitutions.

Great Topic. Katie you did a great job. In future, it would be great to actually see what you are cooking and have the recipe/s up on the whiteboard. A little instruction that the participants can relax and enjoy the class because you will email the recipes and recording to them after. Maybe a little summary in the beginning of what is going to be covered, again with this on the whiteboard and the roux/bechamel recipes as well. It just keeps people focused. I use eliminate for www.abigailadamsacademy.com classes. It works beautifully for us. I just wanted to give you a few tips about utilizing the whole screen, not just the video, as it will sink in with the participants more fully. Again, great job and I would happily join another of your classes!

Katie is delightful and informative but not vegan. . I was mistakenly under the impression that the recipes would be vegan; they are definitely not. However, Katie is an excellent presenter. Someone who wants to convert old Campbell soup-family favorites to a healthier version would benefit from her recipes.
