This will be a 15-30 minute class on A Daily Meditation for Centering.
When you feel scattered, or pulled in a million directions, life doesn't seem very fun, joyful or productive. What tools do you need to settle and breathe deeply? In this short class, we practice yoga techniques that help you obtain focus, clarity and internal calm. This yoga-inspired meditation will steer your mind to an internal landscape that is beyond life challenges, leaving you refreshed and contented. Props needed are blanket, towel or cushion for seated floor positions.
LiL+ Moments are geared to give participants a practical and interactive activity in a short period of time. Have a suggestion for a particular topic or time? Send a note with your suggestion to [email protected].
