This class will be brief (20 - 30 minutes in the virtual classroom) followed by a Group Skype session for greater confidentiality.

We will return to themes that have already come up, check how everyone got one and present some new tools.

All young women are invited to email me burning questions in advance - or bring them to class and we will dance creatively with those themes!
