When I see clients in person at LiveWell Center, most requests are to learn core exercises. I dont teach crunches or sit ups, but instead I teach clients how to recognize their core so that they can engage it for most any exercise or activity. In this 30 -35 class I will teach you about your core and then I will demostrate up to 8 exercises you can practice along with me. All you will need is a floor or bench, something to squeeze between your knees such as a rolled up towel, pillow, or yoga block. You may also want a 1/2 foam roller. This course is appropriate for most fitness levels as I will show modifications for most exercises.
