Ayurveda is an ancient system of health and wellness that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. It is based on the belief that each person has a unique body type, or dosha, that is made up of the five elements: air, fire, water, earth, and ether. In this course, you will learn the basics of Ayurveda and how to identify your own body type. You will learn about the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—and how to balance them for optimal health. You will also learn about the six tastes and how to use them to create a balanced diet. Finally, you will learn about the importance of lifestyle and how to create a daily routine that works for your body type. By the end of this course, you will have a better understanding of your own body type and how to use Ayurveda to create a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.
