Very simply show up, sit still, relax and be guided. Madelana will offer simple instruction for those who prefer a group, guided experience, or are just looking for a group to tap into that extra boost found in a group. Each session will be unique and contain all you need to participate.
This program is being offered in 3 parts during June, July and August. This is Part 3. You can register for one or all three parts. You can attend live or use the recorded sessions to get meditation guidance.
