This is a slow paced session dedicated to core and overall lower body strength and flexibility. Great by itself or soon after a dance/ workout, running or cycling; whatever it is you choose to combine it with, It will certainly make sure you feel totally renewed, just make sure you take it slow and listen to your body as you move through this class and this whole course.
